My right foot has been hurting the last few days and it is not getting any better. I think i will take tomorrow off and see if that helps out. I was able to run seven miles at a 7:08 pace. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

I am sad to say no long run for me tomorrow :(. My foot is bothering me to much and i do not want to hurt anymore. I am planning on seeing a doctor today and hopefully get something done.
