Legs were sore this morning, so i did not know how my run was going to go. But, i think it went well, I did my two mile warm up and 5 @ 4:00 at a 6:15 to 6:30 pace then two mile cool down with eight 100 Meter strides. I could feel the soreness in the legs, but it felt good to do some speed work. My overall pace was 6:47. This is my only run for today. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Speedy Speedy nice work. Very good job of warming up first.

Kory,

What is your plan for Saturday? I was thinking about running eight miles. Are you interested? I am thinking the same course, except we end at your house and starting at 7:30.

That will be fine. I might do 10 miles but I can always go ahead and do that. Will see I might only want to do 8 miles. That sounds fun.
