I had a nice easy run today with Kory. I was not really woried about my time today because i had such an awesome run yesterday. But Kory wanted to run ten and i was dead set on only running eight, sorry Kory. I think i have a sinus infection and i am not feeling the greatest. Anyway, here it my times. Have a great Saturday!

80 miles for the week.....NICE JOB!!!!

Are you SURE you're a HALF-marathoner. You are running marathon-like miles now and keeping a nice pace while doing it.

SERIOUSLY....GOOD JOB!!!!

Barry, no problem. I was originally only going to run 8 miles. I just though I would extend it. You've ran 80 this week and didn't need to do anymore. I haven't been running so it was good for me to extend it to gain the fitness back.

Great run Barry I enjoyed it.

Well, thank you very much for the complement. But you are the man, you ran 117 miles this week and that is just crazy! Keep up the good running. My plan this week is to run 50 miles, so my long run this week will be 13 miles. So if you are interested Friday will be my long run day. Let me know if you would like to go or not. Have a good day!
