I forgot to ask at Church how's your calf.

Better now, i did some stretching and some rolling on them. Thanks for asking. I also did my full stretching for my legs for my ten mile run tomorrow morning. How far are you running tomorrow?

Not sure I have to be at work early because I'm in on a interview to hire a position in our section (the guy that left for the FBI). But probably 10 miles.

Sorry we didn't go to sizzler, but I had to work on a computer to get it done by the end of the day.

Steve - I ran with Barry and he looked great. The only thing were working on is to try to get his head from leaning to one side, and to try and short is stride for a faster turn-over rate. We had a great run even though it was 22 degrees when we started.

Jim, thanks. I have to say that lots of speed work has helped me the most.

Steve, I was pretty tired for the rest of the day. I took two naps and went to bed early. When is your next race?

Kory, Thanks for all your help. I sure means a lot to me!

Steve - What's the profile on the Mesquite Marathon? Not that I want to run it, because I'm done for the year.
