I had a good day of running with Kory and fun day with him and his daughter in Idaho Falls. I ran seven miles at a 7:07 pace. I was feeling really good today because there was no high winds to run against or should i say fight. But anyway not much planned for tonight, rest and enjoying the night with the wife. Tomorrow my wife and i are going to the movie Fast & Furious, i will let you all know how the movie is. My plan is to run 30 miles with ten mile long run on Friday with Kory. Thanks for reading and have a great Saturday night!!

Have a fun date night! Those are the best :) David is out with his two little brothers tonight. They always joke, "Bro's before Ho's" They are such DORKS!! They are going to Rodizio's and pig out on meat! Real man stuff ;) I am off to wrestle a bunch of little boys to bed!

Speaking of little boys, how is your son doing?

He is doing good, he will be done with school in two weeks. Then in he will be home for a couple of weeks. Then off to Florida, then off to Afghanistan for six months. One of these days he needs to tell his mom where he is going, because i am not going to open that box of worms. Also, i wanted to say great job on running 15 miles today that is awesome. How are you feeling? I know you will sleep good tonight. Also, that will help you with you 1/2 and full marathon. Well enjoy wrestling with the little ones.

thanks BArry- I had forgotten that the extra miles with help with the 1/2's.

Your wife still does not know??? Oh boy, I imagine that it will really hit the fan when she finds out. As a mother, I can't even imagine my own reaction. Good luck :)
