Had a good run with Kory this morning. We had some great conversation and i really enjoyed running with him. Thanks Kory! I was feeling good and on the last mile i wanted to kick it up a little and see what i could do and i am happy with the results. Now i am going to the movie (by myself) and out to eat. Nice running there Barry, well done... why ya going on your own something nobody wants to watch oh well enjoy it anyways! ;-) and it sounds like your fitness is still there after being so ill.

Thanks Sam. My wife left to go to her mom house and i really wanted to see the show so i went by myself. I saw the movie "The Box," it was a different show. Have a great day :-).
