A.M.: Had a good run, i think. I ran three miles at a 7:28 pace.  

P.M.: Feeling sick and will not be running Just Cuz Half marathon. That really sucks. I trained so hard for this race and now it is slipping through my fingers. But, God is in control and I will thank Him through the good times and bad. Thanks You Jesus!!!!

Barry Rest up you will recover quicker, you never loose all that you do in training, as you will come back quicker fitter chin up :-)

Thanks for the encouraging words. I just found out that there will 5K race here Thanksgiving day. So i am hoping to run it. I need to work on my speed more. I do have to say that it sucks being sick. Thanks again.
