What a horrible run! I ran seven miles at a 7:00 pace, but the wind was around 20 MPH plus and
then the snow started. I was doing ok up until mile 2.5 when the snow started
in and with the wind that was painful. While I was running the snow in my face
felt like little rocks hitting me over and over and then it would get in my
eyes and let me just say OUCH that hurts. Then around mile 4.5 to 5.0 I prayed
that I would not kill myself because of the cold and not wanting to be hit by a
car on the road and less than five minutes later the wind stopped, and I really
thanked God. That was my miracle for the day and I gladly take it. Anyway, not
much planed for the night, rest and more rest. Thanks for reading and have a
great night!

I've in these conditions all the time and they are not bad. The trick is to keep your head down and push forward. Great run.
