Morning: Was really soar the first half of my run, but i started feeling better the last half. Ran seven miles at a 7:56 pace with a 0.5 incline. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Afternoon: Nice easy run today. I ran seven miles at an 8:27 pace with a 0.5 incline. Not much else to say, but have a great night!
