Morning: Today run my legs were a little soar, but not too bad. My overall pace was a 7:56 with a 0.5 incline. Have a great day!

 

Evening: I felt really good tonight! Ran seven miles at an 8:10 pace with a 0.5 incline. Have a great night ;).

Thank you very much! I am wanting to reach a goal of 80 miles before my next race in April. This week i am hoping to get 75 miles, then next week i going to take an easy week of only 50 miles. Then start to work my way back up again. And good luck on your race and enjoy Disney World!
