Morning: I ran a
nice easy seven miles at a 7:07 pace.
When I was in Boise yesterday I
decided to buy some new shoes because my Under Armour shoes are getting high in
mileage. I bought some Saucony Cohesion and I like them a lot, they feel more comfortable
than the Under Armour but I am going to keep using my Under Armour shoes. Not
much planed for today, except church and evening run. Thanks for reading and

Evening: I was
trying to get myself to slow down this evening and I think I did some what of a
good job, I guess. My pace was 7:17
for seven miles. Anyway, had a good day I took a nap and went to the movie with
my mom for her birthday we went and saw the movie “Knowing” and I thought it
was a good movie and I think my mom liked it. Now it is almost time for bed so I
can get up early tomorrow and run a little. Thanks for reading and have a great
