Morning:I had a nice easy run on the t-mill. Ran three miles at a 7:2? pace with a 0.5 incline. Not much planed for today, work and evening run. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Thanks Jim, my race is April 18 and May 17 and i am getting really excited. Then after that i am not sure what i am going to do. You had a nice run this morning. I want you to know i was jealous that you went to Hawaii. I hope you had a lot of fun :). Have a good night!
