I had a good run today with Kory. I ran eight miles and Kory ran ten. I thought my legs were going to be really sore after my run yesterday and to my surprise they were not :-). Kory and I ran together for four of my eight miles and I could tell that he was feeling good and I was happy with my pace, so I slowly watched him pull away. But at one point I decided to try to keep catch up with him and I started putting on the speed, but all I did was watch him pull away even more. So overall I am happy with my run. My pace for today was a 7:08. So for today they are having a Veteran’s Family Appreciation Day, so my wife and I are going to attend. I am considered a Veteran because I was in the Military during the Desert storm. Anyway, have an awesome day and try to stay out of trouble :-).......

Great run Barry. You truly are a good friend. Thanks for the runs that we've had and the many more to come.

I'm hard on you at times and I apologize.
