I am not sure what is going on with me, but I will take it. I am wondering why my times have gotten faster from running in the morning to running at night. Maybe it is because I am eating a couple of hours before I run at night. I do have to praise God for all the help He is giving me right now. Tonight when I came home from work my ankle was pretty swollen so I iced it and took 800 MG of ibuprofen to help with the swelling. Anyway thanks for reading and have a good night sleep.

I find at times that I run better at night. It's probably do to your legs are loose and more blood flowing in the muscle because of the days activities.

Since your running a race in a few weeks and your ankle is swollen take a couple days off. Don't risk a training day for a race that you've trained for so long. Your important training run this week is Friday, save you ankle and rest for that.

My situation is different I'm not training for a race so I don't have to be as cautious with my injury. I'm cutting back though. I'm not ruling out running with you on Friday.
