Had a good run this morning with Kory, lots to talk about. As Kory and i finished up we ran into Bill and talked to him for a few minutes. Ran ten miles and worked on my turnover rate for my legs. Not much planned. I am going singing at the juvenile detention center, jail and maybe wrapping presents for a fund raiser for my church. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-)
