A.M.: Today was one of those days were you run smart and not hard. What i am saying is my legs did not want to move today at all. So instead of pushing myself like i would have normally done i just went with the flow. I felt like if i was going to push myself i would hurt myself. So i tried to stay on the slower pace i was running and not worry about it. I ran six miles at a 7:34 pace and also the rain and 29 MPH wind did not help either. So that is my story and i am sticking to it :-). Thanks for reading and have a great day!

P.M.: Just another run. This afternoon i ran four miles on the T-mill at a 7:01 pace.

I do have to say that running on the t-mill is boring. Enjoy your run!!

Thanks Sam, i usually run on the t-mill during the winter times. I hate running in snow. Also, congratulations on getting in the big race next year, that is awesome! And also getting back into running after being injured, that is great. I see P.R.'s in your future.. :-)
