A.M.: Ran on the t-mill today and i have to say that it felt good. I got up at my normal time to run and decided that it was just too cold for me to run and I went back to bed so i could get up when my GYM opened and run on the t-mill. And i am glad i did, i am still working on getting over this cold and i think that running outside would have been a bad idea. So i ran five miles at a 6:50 pace and it sure felt good to let my legs run a little faster today. Now tonight i am going to the doctor and getting an vitamin C IV long with some other stuff. I think that the IV will help me to get over this cold. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-)

P.M.: I just went to the doctor and found out that i have walking pneumonia. He told me that i need to take two days off from running. Also,  I did get am vitamin  IV done and that should help me get through the pneumonia. I guess we will see in a couple of days. This sucks :-(.
