A.M.: Had a good run this morning. The weather was awesome if you minus the wind. I ran six miles at a 7:05 pace.

P.M.: A good afternoon of running. Ran four miles at a 6:48 pace. It was so nice out side i ran in shorts. I almost forgot how nice that is. Anyway, Thanks for reading and have a great day!
