Great prayer. I pray it almost every day! I also replace the "me" with something i need help with. For example "Oh Lord will you bless me (my family, running, work, or my race) and enlarge.... i would suggest praying it every day i know this will help out anyone who uses it. Something to think about. Also, good luck at your race, you will be in my prayers!

Thanks Sam, i am a little nervous because this is a harder course to run. But i guess that is normal before a race, i think. :-)
