| AM: AC 3 PM: 25 min tempo with extra warm up :) not a very good day for tempo. My shins hurt like a mutha!! The thing that bugs me is that i could do tempo for like 20 miles at 5:40 pace if my shins didnt slow me down. So if i can ever get those perfect ill be able to rip up tempos! |
