AM: 1 mile today. Got out and ran great the first lap, was feeling good and my place was good. 2nd lap i dont remember but the pack just fell back. 3rd lap was really dumb, i tried to make a move on the outside and ended up making my self more tired and i didnt move up in a place. 4th was just regular, nothing spectacular.
Then i just cooled down with some easy miles and runs up to the mountain. |

| AM: Woke up here in Cali for our grad trip!!! :) I just love the feeling of the air here, its soo cool! Unfortunatly i didnt get to go out and run on the roads, i had to stay on the tredmill inside. But i still enjoyed running a bit further than i have been for my weeks off. The last 5 min i threw in 6:15 pace to test the legs. then cooled down 5 more min. Just a nice little run. |

| AM: Got to the beach early this morning. Every one was sooooo grumpy and tired! i was just fine. I got some breakfast, played a little volley ball, then went out for a run along the water. It was sooooo much fun! i should have worn my frank shorters cause i chaffed so bad that i was bleeding a little bit. And bleeding wounds and salt water dont go together very well.
