| AM: At about 7 trev and my self headed over to the green valley loop to run on that trail. So we finished that up in about 5 miles, then we weaved through neighbor hoods, up big dirt hills, on city streets and through tall weeds filled with rattle snakes to get back home. Wow, what a fun, tireing, scary, and cool run that was! |

| AM: 4 around the hood and some with charity, then i did marathon progression hills. Basically a .5 mile long hill at marathon pace. Did a few of those. |

AM: Headed out to do 9, but time didnt allow me to get that far. Im going to start tracking my sleep and what i eat, because i just feel like junk on these morning runs.

AM: Headed out with my cousin and brandin just out to the turtle hill trail. Brandon sprang his ankel and turned back. Karinne and i went out a bit on no mans road and stuff. Then i did a 2 mile hill section on turtle road at marathon pace.
7 hrs of sleep, breakfast included milk, water, frosted flakes and my pills.
lunch included an alveros sasuage and egg burrito w/ketchup and milk.
late afternoon included 64 oz of water and Dr. Pepper. |

AM: Got out around 6:15ish and just headed over to sunrise tire and went up and over foremaster. Then i went to 20450 and did 5 miles of barefoot running, then a mile back home. No stomach problems.
Breakfast included milk, water, frosted flakes, and my last pill for my sinus infection. :) Woo!
lunch included 64 oz of root beer! and 64 oz of water, 2 ham sandwiches and some reeses candy.
late afternoon included more water and a cup cake.
Dinner was 2 grilled ham and cheese sandwhiches with some milk. TODAY MY ANTI-ACID PILLS RAN OUT. |

AM: Went out at about 6 this morning and did 2X 1 mile repeats at 10 sec under marathon pace. It was nice to open up the speed a little bit. After i met my cousin to do mustang pass. Just a great running day today. 2 miles bike over to work.
