AM: This morning was way easy to get up. Im not sure if i was just excited to see every one or if running late at night actually helped my Run-esteem. :) ha ha ha  Today we did Steli hill. Boaring when its just me but today everybody ran it so it was more intertaining. We were going pritty dang fast for an easy run. About 6:45. Danny is actually showing some commitment now. :)

PM: club run tonight!! Feels good to be out running with the guys again. Today instead of doing our regular run we did the Spectrum 10k route. It felt like a good course. The last little bit will be tough though. After we finished that we kept going on till about 10 to clydes( i dont think thats how you spell it) house and drove back to the club. Good run i was tired but not enough to make me regret running it.

You guys are doing very well - keep it up!

Tonight's run should count as your long run for the week. Go 4 and 3 tomorrow like we discussed and then your warm up, race and cool down will get you another 8-9 on Sat. Don't shoot for anything crazy mileage-wise, that's when injuries show up that ruin you for months.

You are so good, great work. Keep it up papel blanco!

Oh and I noticed your updated personal info. Um I'm guessing that you meant to put me in your fav. blogs (unless you wanted jtshade there). I think you have to put J-Free.
