Got to Shanghai at 12am, couldn't sleep so I did some cross training cardio - 10 min rowing, 10 min stair stepper, 10 min upright bike, then tried out all the machines in the gym.
I have really struggled on my trips to China with the treadmill running - the treadmill seems to flare up my abdomen and hip problems and make me feel bad. So I'm going to try not to run this week and focus more on other forms of exercise. Probably good to take a break anyway.
