.25 walking and then some arms and abs.
Ballet this morning. Got home and jumped on the treadmill while the kids watched a movie. Slow warm up mile and then decided to push mile 2 and felt good so pushed mile 3. Did some arms and abs after.
Ran the first 6 with Laurie and then added on the last 2 by myself. We kept it nice at steady with 10 minute miles so we could chat.
