On the treadmill today. Ran miles 2 and 3 around 9:40 pace, which is fast for me. Did some quick toning afterwards.
3.75 miles of easy running and then .25 walking to cool down.
5 miles total today on the treadmill.
1 mile warm up, about a 10:45 pace
pushed miles 2 and 3, about a 9:37 pace
mile 4 was about a 10:35
walked the last .75 to cool down.
NO long run this weekend, so hopefully I'll be ready for 10 next week.
