4 miles. Really tried to push myself a bit more today and feel so good now that it's done.
mile 1 = 10:40
mile 2 = 9:40
mile 3 = 9:48
mile 4 = 10:14
.25 = slow run
.75 = walking at a 3.5 speed/3.5 incline.
GOOD WORK OUT!
3.5 miles easy running + .5 miles walking = 4 miles
My legs felt VERY heavy to day and every mile was a constant pep talk. Sure hope things are feeling better for Saturday.
9 miles - woot! woot!!
The route I found on "map my run" didn't turn out so great, but still got my mileage. Jodi and Lauri stayed with me until the last 3 miles. Felt wonderful, except going up the giant hill on mile 5.
