Physically and mentally tired after Saturday, so I told myself I could just take it easy today. 4.25 miles running and then walked the last .75 as a cool down.
4 miles on the treadmill this morning.
#1 = 10:55, warm-up
#2 = 9:30, counting that as a fast mile because it was under 10:00
#3 = 10:20
#4 = walking to cool down
4 miles with my mom on the beautiful streets of Santa Clara - so much fun!
