Really had to dig deep and find some motivation, or maybe it was just knowing how guilty I would feel later on today - isn't guilt a wonderful thing? warm up mile #1 = 10:56 mile #2 = 10:09 mile #3 = 10:00 cool down mile #4 = 10:14 (not much of a cool down/easy mile, but my kids were NOT cooperating and I had to go take care of things, which meant running faster than I wanted to at that point) Planning on 6 miles Saturday. |
