Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017!

Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.

I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 4 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, Nora, and Iris I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.

I attempted a workout today, workouts are getting more difficult by the week. I didn't have any particular plan today. I just did an easy step down but each interval I did left me worn out and tired for the next one. I feel like my body is going downhill fast and I'm not even halfway through this pregnancy yet. Today I did 1000, 1000, 800, 600, 200, 400. 3:52, 3:53, 3:04, 2:20 (really tired already), 34 (not quite a 200), 88. I was supposed to do 2x400 for my last 2 but I was so worn out. I forced myself to do that last 400 and not worry about how fast. Then I ended with a really slow cool down.

Riley and I had our 10 year anniversary today, we decided to start the morning off by running Lewis Peak. I've never run it, it was a beautiful trail. I struggled running up the first 2.5 miles I walked/jogged. It was tough but I'm glad I did it. Great run!
