Slowly starting to feel good again, I ran this morning while my mother in law watched my kids. I did a 3 mile warm up then 4x400s with 90 sec. rest at Beus Pond. Splits 82, 85, 83, 82. I was still feeling pretty tired, but I'm hoping I can continue doing some type of workout over the next couple months to keep some kind of fitness level when I have my next baby.
