I didn't run yesterday because of some minor issues. I came back today with a workout planned. My legs didn't feel great. I kept motifying my workout. I started out thinking I would do 1000s, I ended up doing spme kind of step down. 1000, 1000, 600, 600, 600, 600, 400, 400, 200, 200. Splits were 3:43, 3:43, 2:19, 2:12, 2:13, 2:13, 83, 83, 37, 38.
