2 mile warm up, a couple strides, then off on 6 mile tempo. I ran towards the dealership on South Weber Dr to pick up my van. My legs have been sore all week and I had a side ache for a couple miles in the tempo. But it ended up being a good workout for me and another step in the right direction for my training. Splits: 6:31, 6:33, 6:35, 6:28, 6:22, 6:25. 2 mile cool down.
