I decided to get my long run done early this week since Riley is off today. I started at 6:40 in the morning and ran from my in laws house. There were quite a few hills to climb in my first couple miles. I wanted to do 10 miles, then a 3 mile tempo followed by a 2 mile cool down. The first 10 miles were run up in Shadow Valley, down to Weber State and over to Old Post Rd. I started the tempo at the top of Old Post right on Merrilee's street. I wanted a downhill at the start of my tempo so it could light a fire under me and get me moving, but the bulk of the tempo was down on the regular tempo flat loop in South Ogden. Splits were 6:36, 6:42, 6:36. Running progress today and continued progress with my weight loss this week. Overall AP 8:27
