AM: 20 minutes elliptical and 5 minutes on the TM

PM: Alaskan Brewing Co White Ale (8.2) & Crux Belgo Ale Belgian Style Pale Ale (6.5)

Going to update my FRB just because I need someplace to keep track of all the beers I will drink this week and their ratings.

PM: 90 minute run/mostly walk on the Deschutes River Trail. Cold, rainy, and so windy that the smell of hops was nicely wafting over to the other side of the river from the Deschutes Brewery.

Some lovely Nordic skiing in the woods below Mt. Bachelor. Lots of snow and pretty pines. I could easily be talked into moving to the Northwest.
