| AM: Went up Millcreek to see if it was skiable and after a half mile I decided it was not and then I tried to walk on the Pipeline Trail which was glare ice and then I gave up and went to the gym for 30 minutes on the bike and 20 on the elliptical followed by squats, lunges, yada yada. What a stupid waste of a long weekend! I am ready for winter again - I want to walk to frozen winter ice caves!
PM: 60 minutes of new pilates physical therapy. It is essentially neuromuscular rehabalitation using pilates type movments with a trained physcial therapist. It was super fun yet ridiculously hard! I have weird muscles firing when they shouldn't and now I have to get the right ones working!

| Core, low back, upper back, flank, and arms super sore from pilates PT yesterday. I barely even moved so I can't believe how sore I am.
AM: 60 minute spin class and now my legs are as sore as the rest of me. Tuesday morning spin lady is ruthless!

| 3 x 45 seconds of RUNNING on the BST behind the U with 10 minute warm-up and 5 minutes hiking in between. Super fun - yippy! Back was super spazzy after, but mellowed out after about an hour and some stretchies and rollies.
