I CANNOT believe I can do this! Ran from work to home via the BST for 8.2 miles total with about 5 running. This used to be my favorite run and I haven't been able to do it in 2 whole years. I honestly didn't think I would ever be able to do it again. No complaints whatsoever with the left hip. Right SI joint is out and feels like shiz, but that will get better with time. First run without any of that quad tightness holy crap! Had my poles and Nathan back so my arms and upper back got worked more than my legs. Seriously cannot believe I did this tonight!!! Especially with the heat, which is oddly not bothering me at all this summer. I think I am just so psyched I can do things that I would probably be out there if it was a 150 degrees and my skin was sizzling off.
