AM: 10 minutes bike and morning hip drill. Totally overdid it with the hobble dancing last night and seriously angered the hip gods :(

I've been reading about your recovery and just had to tell you that--regardless of your drive and running ability--your positive, can-do attitude is just inspiring. I'll bet you do more on crutches in one day than most people do in a week!
