AM: 15 minutes bike and hip drill while listening to NPR. I am starting to like my new morning PT routine. PM: 10 minutes on the bike at PT with actual resistance. Hip circles, splits, 3-way hip with a 1-pound ankle weight, bridges, glute sets, and side planks. PROGRESS!
