a.m.- ran the usual laie park loop, 3mi.  I got semi-lost this time because I was trying to go another way but it brought me back to the same loop.

 
p.m.- XC practice.  It was pretty hard today.  15 min warm-up, then a bunch of crazy exercises without stopping, then running at 10mph for 3 minutes.  Same pattern repeated with 2 1/2 min, 2 min, and 1 1/2 min, then I cooled down for 8 minutes.  On the 2 1/2 one I only went for 2 and I skipped the 2 minute one. It was scary running that fast on a treadmill.

I feel like I need to get in a lot better shape.  I'm not really sure about mileage for this day but I just guessed.
