Two days in a row baby! Ran Laie Park loop backwards. It's harder backwards with more uphill. I was fighting so hard to not stop on this one, especially in the last mile. Time was 24 something, so faster than yesterday.
the nice thing about running the same loop once in awhile is seeing your time improve. However, variety is the spice of life. Ask Dave about how much he loves the ice box trail!
