Ran by myself on the Laie park loop. It was good! I felt sick and sluggish and bleh but it felt really good to run again. Time was 24:50, so 8 something min/mile.
You make me laugh ally. Sometimes I wish I could have one of the awesome sandwhiches you would make. When Ruth and I would go over to your house for lunch. I miss you tons and cannot wait to see you again.
