I'd say we ran roughly three miles. It was a good effort!! Stomach pangs for both of us again, but more so for Chris. We just never learn, do we?

I'ma bust out some sun dried tomato pasta and see if we have appetites after the run. That should be a healthy meal... along with a Fuze* Vitamin Drink!
