So I haven't ran lately because of laziness and I left my shoes in my friends car, but thats not really an excuse. But I have goals! I want to run at least 5 or 6 days a week, at at least 4 miles a day starting out. Of course I want to work up from there but this will be my goal for now. I want to be healthier and more and shape!!! And get to an under 20 5k, which is totally possible in the near future. |
