6am- 30 minutes. they have picked up the pace quite a lot in the last week

3pm- PV Dream Mile

I didnt have a stellar time only barely broke 5 but macen did good and beat me by a second. Not very good cuz planning on PRing but nope. Actually I ran a 4:49 in a workout so this was not my best

6am- 30 and there was ice on the ground. Nick slipped on it and it was funny. REALLY FREEZY COLD

3pm- 35 minutes easy and taped stuff in windows for the Running Center and it was pretty fun

8am- NXR Citizens Race

Yeah so I wasnt able to race with the team due to some unfortunate events (my stupid hamstring) but my family was coming down anyways to watch my brother so me and my dad ran the citizens race. It was actually my dads first 5k ever and he did beast like 18 minutes or something. It was kind of cold but when the race started it was warming up. It was a really fun race I got out with the top group but I didnt want to die so I backed off a bit. I felt I raced decent and I tried to listen to coach yelling at me but not a killer performance I wasnt setting records or nothing. It was a really awesome course and the long straight away finish really worked to my advantage and I passed some guys with a stellar kick. Then after I chilled with the team and stuff and watched the other races. My brother did pretty good and took 3rd in his race and it was cool. The whole thing was pretty sick and the boys championship race was super cool. Cant wait to come back next year and race for realskies.
