6:15am- 40 minutes easy down past arctic circle.
3pm- 38 minutes with 6x800s. I didnt get much food today like I basicly skipped lunch because I was cleaning yogurt out of my hair and clothes. Anyways I was completely wiped out for the workout and it was just plain bad. I cut the workout short because I just really couldnt run at all and it sucked. I couldnt even keep up with macen. so it was a bad day today.
