7am- 40 minutes with 6 minute cruisers. Ran 6.2 miles. The first 2 repeats I kept up with the team. The third one I dropped back quite a bit. It was hard once I was off the group to push myself. Good workout.
2pm- 30 minute run with nick, paul, andrew, and cam. About 3.5 mile run down around sanbergs and the park. It was like 100 degrees, it felt tons better than running in 105.
