7am- Ran easy 30 minutes 3.7 miles w/.5 grass warmup. Ran up mainstreet into desert chiva territory with the lvl 3 boys 15 minutes then flipped it and ran back. My knee hurt a little on the way back but no problems really bad. Nice easy run.
12:30pm- Ran another 30 minutes 3.6 miles from pauls house to sanbergs pond and back again and went for a swim. My IT band killed on the way back and it sucked but otherwise it was nice run. The weather was really pretty good not super hot like usual. Watched the world cup after at pauls house. It was dope.
