I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

Nice morning run.  I´ve been feeling great!  I love morning long runs too.  

70 minutes

Short 20 minute run.  Nice shake out from the long run in the morning. 

90 minutes

Weights in the morning with 15 minute shake out after.

Afternoon 50 minute run.  Felt very tired...ran lunch laps with kids at riverside so i am feeling kinda dead.  Still a gr8 run.

Morning 20 minutes.  Felt nice but the legs are tired.  

Afternoon 30 minute progressive tempo.  man best workout ever!  I loved it!  My legs were going and i stayed with the pack the whole time and led and felt wonderful.  we all stayed together and it was such a strong workout.  like i already said...no negatives from this workout.  love running!

 Nice run at sullivan.  Perfect weather and a great group of girls.  nice fast finish at the end.  it was nice to get my legs moving.  still feeling a little tired in the legs but running is wonderful :)
