Workout in the morning. One of my best workouts in a while. 2x800, 4x400, 4x100. (All at increasing pace) I was able to stay in pretty solid for the 800s the 400s were pretty good and the 100s were a strong finish. Afternoon grass run. It was really fun love this team with all my heart. Well, this track season has come to an end. A much needed end but it is frustrating and a little disappointing. Not much performance success happened this season. I know I am better than I have been performing so it was time to reset. Thank you coach holt and robs for being beyond patient with me. I really appreciate it. I am gonna have to take all my experiences from past seasons and learn from them. Also, not running for a few weeks cause my mom thinks it would be best. Kinda sad about that cause such a huge happy part of my life is going to be missing. I love running with all my heart. Now ive just gotta go out and believe in myself. I've gotta figure out what's best for me. And figure out how to help myself be successful. I know it's something that I can and will overcome. Love running so much. (I'm going to keep doing some form of exercise everyday and I'll keep blogging about that) |
